OUR STORY
Hello my precious visitor, my name in Margarita Gabriel. I am a passionate pastry chef who has forged my own path into the professional culinary world through dedication and hard work. As a self-taught chef, I continuously refined my skills and then had the privilege of learning from some of the most renowned names in the industry—including Cedric Grolet, Pierre Herme, Christopher Adam, Ramon Morato, Johan Martin, the Mankoo sisters, Gregory Doyen, among others. Drawing inspiration from the rich natural beauty of Armenia and the sophisticated elegance of French culinary traditions, I am now developing my own brand that celebrates these influences in every creation.
